Thank you, Dr. David. It's an incredible service and honor to preserve Dr. Kirsch's research in this interview. I recently ordered and read the book, and the evidence presented through the research that Dr. Kirsch conducted, presumably on his own, is very telling. This and your 5 exercises for shoulder impingement have really helped me as I rest my shoulder and wait for the inflammation to heal. I would love to speak with you about my experience. Sincerely, Kit

Hello. Thank you for this video. I have one question. I was diagnosed with grade 3 Chondromalacia Patella in February 2024. Before, I exercised daily, ran every day and jumped rope. Since this diagnosis, I've only been doing outdoor and indoor walks. Lately I've been feeling much better and my knee no longer hurts. I'm afraid to run again. Would jumping rope be safe? I'd like you to think about this and make a video about it. Does jumping rope harm or improve the knee in cases of Chondromalacia Patella? Thank you and keep up the good work

I was not referred to getting a knee brace after I went to the hospital for the doctors to check for more than 4 times, and I really appreciate your videos Dr. it’s now been 6 months that I have had an acl grade 2 but I feel it is healing better than ever, and it’s honestly sad that the head orthopaedic doctor from Fiona Stanley hospital today told me I have grade 3 injury and said that I needed surgery without looking at my previous mri scan. Any suggestions…

I'm one who had and now regret having this done, but with my previous surgery with pins and wires in my knee, we're failing after over 30 years, I now needed a full knee replacement. Dr. said I probably need a little piece, I guess, like a shimmy on the corner of the inner knee, but the surgery is like having the second one. So I guess I'll pass on having a third surgery on that knee and try to work out the pain inflammation and discomfort.

New subscriber. I just want to point out how much you helped me as I had some recent debilitating pain in my shoulder that kept me up at night. I even stayed up for 48 hours because of the level of compression pain I was feeling - out of this world! Sleeping was out of the question! Desperate, I went on youtube and saw your videos on how to alleviate that pressure and it gave me a break from the sweat and frustration I had built up by then (5 am). My only remorse is that you aren't in my area (Cali) and so far, every doctor I've gone to has completely disregarded the aches and pains and treatment that I learned from you (everything to the information regarding partial/full thickness tears that are really only seen by MRI scans, which can also go missed). They would give me the "deer in the headlights" look when I discussed the major points of your videos as you do in your videos. Thank you so much for you knowledge and expertise! You are truly a dedicated and compassionate health care professional and I sincerely wish they were all like you; passionate, dedicated, and incredibly competent. I've had x-rays taken and a crap ton of prescription inflammatory pills and muscle relaxers even topical creams. But I won't stop bothering them until I get a damn MRI so I can get this treated with a PT ASAP! Doing God's work! Thank you!

I'm very keen to see what two, three and four will bring! A message to others, stop eating all breads, biscuits, white rice and white potatoes etc. Sweet potatoes have been okay for me.

To summarize, no sitting, no walking... Is flying ok? I've had severe knee issues for most of my life and I actually find walking very beneficial. Not power walking anymore, but just regular walking is ok. Know your body and recognize what works and what doesn't work for you. There is no One Size Fits All when it comes to knee issues.

I believe I have a meniscus tear.I went to an orthopedic, and he said I need an MRI. I'm waiting for an MRI appointment. I'm going back to the Dr in a couple of weeks, and he said if it is its surgery. I've had this for three months, and it's a lot better than what it was in the beginning. Watching this video, I'm starting to think should I have surgery "scarry". Your opinion please. Thank You!
